Administration was granted to her son, the said Maurice Roberts, on 19 Apr 1797.

Gives, devises & bequeaths to his wife Jane Humphreys, his son Robert Morris and his daughter Gwen Morris his messuage, houses or cottages called Garneddlwyd near the village of Trawsfynydd, as well as sureties for money, goods, chattels, estate and effects, nominating, constituting and appointing them joint executors of his last will and testament.
He further wills that if his wife Jane Humphreys should marry again then she will receive only £4.
