At the time of the 1891 England Census Wallace Mockett, age 34, born in Brighton Sussex, bricklayer, was with his aunt and uncle Christiana T. Dowling (67) of Preston Lancashire and husband Martin J Dowling (67) of Ireland, clerk of works, at 62 Marsh St., Linthorpe, Yorkshire.
At the time of the 1901 England Census Wallace Mockett, age 43, born in Brighton Surrey [sic], single, bricklayer, was boarding with John P and Elizabeth Dowling at 62 Marsh St., Middlesbrough Yorkshire (North Riding).
At the time of the 1911 England Census Wallace Mockett, age 50, born in Brighton Sussex, single, foreman bricklayer coke ovens, was boarding at 135 Woodbourne Rd., Attercliffe Sheffield Yorkshire.

Wallace Mockett of Coke Oven Villas, Hilcote, Blackwell, died aged 60 years (burial record). Age at death appears to have been rounded off by the informant; Wallace was about 63 years old when he died. Note that his age at each Census becomes increasingly understated.
