Gives and bequeaths £10 to his brother Otwell Dinham.
Gives and bequeaths an annuity of £10 to his brother Oliver Dinham along with his best suit of clothes.
Gives and bequeaths £100 to Agnis Dinham daughter of his brother Oliver Dinham, to be paid to her when she turns 18 or when she marries. If she dies before then, he wills that the said amount be paid to Margaret the wife of Oliver and mother of Agnes.
Gives and bequeaths £5 to his sister Mary Meaddon and the same to each of her children.
Gives to his brother-in-law Oliver Meaddon all his wearing apparrel not previously given.
Gives 5 shillings to his sister-in-law Thomasine Dinham.
Gives 5 shillings to his cousin John Polsen of Tregerrick.
Gives and bequeaths to Thomas Hancock of Gorran, gent. and to Amy his wife, a mourning ring each.
Gives 5 shillings to Richard Hancock and a pair of silver buckles.
Gives 10 shillings each to Symon Slade and Katherine his wife.
Gives 10 shillings each to Amy & Jane Hancock, daughters of the said Thomas Hancock.
Gives £10 in trust to the said Thomas Hancock toward bonds for the children of Oliver and Mary Meaddon.
Gives and bequeaths a pair of silver buckles to Arthur the son of Arthur Fortescue, Esq.
Gives 20 shillings to the poor of the parish of Gorran.
Gives 20 shillings to the poor of the parish of Mevagissey.
Gives 20 shillings to the poor of the parish of St. Austell.
Makes Phillipa Hancock, the daughter of the said Thomas Hancock, residuary legatee and sole executrix of his last will and testament.
Appoints his friends Arthur Fortescue of Penwarne, Esq. and John Honycomb of Mevagissey overseers of his will.
