Parties: 1) Oliver Dinham of Nancallan, esquire 2) John Archer of St Ewe, gentleman; Ottwell Dinham, son and heir of party 1. Property: Nancallan in Gorran, Kestell [Kestle] in St Ewe and Cammells [Camels] in Veryan. Consideration: annuity of £40 to Ottwell Dinham and Susan Dinham, his wife (the daughter of John Archer) when lands conveyed to Thomas Hoblyn, gentleman.
