In 1680 Joseph Parsons son of Joseph Parsons of Thornhill was bequeathed 10 shillings in the Will of Jane Garrard of Thornhill in Clyffe Pypard, widow.
Sole executor of his mother's Will but died only two months after her. Administration of the goods & chattels of Anne Parsons late of Thornhill was granted to Susanna Parsons, widow, on 4 May 1710.
An inventory of the goods and chattels of Joseph Parsons late of Thornhill in the parish of Cleevepeper was taken on 20 Apr 1710 by Ambrose Spackman, Thomas Garlik and Tho: Garrard, and valued to £73 7s. 6d.
Administration of his goods and chattels was granted to his widow Susanna Parsons on 4 May 1710. 4
