Abstract of the Will of Prudence Prideaux of the Parish of Phillack in the County of Cornwall, Shopkeeper, written 4 Mar 1826, proved 4 Apr 1829. 3

Gives to her sister Theodosia Simons for her unremitting care and attention all her household furniture, book debts and stock in trade.

Gives £100 to her sister Mary Michell or her heirs.

Appoints her brothers Henry Prideaux and John Prideaux her executors in trust following the death of her sister Theodosia Simons, giving them £20 for their trouble.
