Abstract of the Will of Henry Prideaux of the Parish of Sithney in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 30 Jul 1849, proved 1 Feb 1850. 2
Gives £19 19s. to Grace the wife of his son, Henry Prideaux.
Gives £250 in trust to his sons-in-law William Bawden and Richard Ivey, to pay the interest and annual income from it to his son Edward Prideaux. If Edward should die unmarried without lawful issue, then out of the said principal amount he gives an amount not exceeding £50 to his grandson James Henry Prideaux, the surplus to return to his estate.
Gives £50 to his said grandson James Henry Prideaux, to be paid to him when he turns twenty-one.
All the rest of his estate and effects he gives in trust to the said William Bawden and Richard Ivey for the benefit of his four daughters Elizabeth the wife of William Tresidder, Mary the wife of Richard Ivey aforesaid, Ann the wife of the said William Bawden, and Harriet the wife of William Whear, in equal shares.
Appoints his said sons-in-law William Bawden and Richard Ivey co-executors in trust of his last will and testament.
