Abstract of the Will of James Prideaux of the Parish of Sithney in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 29 Apr 1781, proved 29 Jan 1806. ²

Gives to his wife Margaret Prideaux all his goods, chattels, estate, rights and credits, appointing her sole executrix of his will.

Gives 1 shilling to his daughter Margaret Prideaux.

Gives 1 shilling to his son James Prideaux.

Gives 1 shilling to his daughter Mary Prideaux.

Gives 1 shilling to his daughter Ann Prideaux.

Gives to his daughter Elizabeth 1 shilling, directing that she be provided for out of his effects until she turns twenty-one.

Gives to his son Henry Prideaux 1 shilling, directing that he be provided for out of his effects until he turns twenty-one.

If his wife should re-marry, then she is to receive one shilling only and his son Henry shall then be executor.
