Possibly the same Richard Vivian alive in 1910, age 42, single, working as a copper miner, and lodging with Geo. Osborne in Bingham, Utah. If so, then he died in Bingham, UT in 5 Feb 1912 as a result of edema of lungs, nephria, anemia.
