Abstract of the Will of Roger Cock of the Parish of Gwithian in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 29 May 1797, proved 17 May 1798. 2
Gives to his son James Cock an annuity of £5, to be paid out of his premises in Penance in the parish of Gwithian during the lifetime of his wife Blanch.
Gives to his wife Blanch the remainder of his estates and effects during her life or widowhood. After her death or remarriage, he wills the same to his two sons, James Cock and Charles Cock.
Appoints his wife Blanch the sole executrix of his last will and testament.
