In 1787 Anne the wife of David Cloak of the town of Penzance, surgeon, was appointed co-executrix of her mother's will.
In 1789 Anne Cloak was the sole executrix, residuary legatee and devisee of her husband's will.

Gives £50 to her sister Mrs. Warner.
Gives £50 to Margaret the daughter of the Reverend James Parkin of Oakford in the county of Devon. Also gives Margaret her printed gauze gown and petticoat.
Gives 10 guineas to her nephew John Michell.
Gives 10 guineas to her friend Jane Sampson wife of Mr. Henry Sampson of Penzance, watchmaker.
All the rest of her goods and chattels, lands and tenements, she gives to Richard Oxnam of Penzance, merchant, and the aforesaid Henry Sampson, to hold in trust for the benefit of her nieces Mary Michell and Margaret Michell, share and share alike, once they turn twenty-one.
Appoints the said Richard Oxnam and Henry Sampson executors in trust of her last will and testament.
