In 1690 Grace and her husband were named in the will of her uncle Richard Hoblyn.
In 1705 Grace Pendarves, widow, became a beneficiary of her husband's will, receiving her marriage bond of £550.
In 1707 Grace Pendarves, widow, was a beneficiary of the will of her nephew Richard Pendarves receiving £100.

Desires to be buried near her son William Pendarves in the Camborne churchyard.
Gives £5 each to the parishes of St. Columb Major, Mawgan in Pydar and Camborne for the relief of their poor.
Gives 40 shillings each to the parishes of St. Agnes, Redruth, Illogan, Crowan, Gwinear, Gwithian, Gwennap, Wendron, St. Hilary, Marazion and Madron, along with any other parishes or lands where her said son held lands, for the relief of their poor.
Gives to Sir Francis Vyvyan, Bart., his lady and their children Richard and Grace (her godchildren) three guineas of gold each.
Gives £5 each to the three children of her cousin John Hoblyn of Roseworthy.
Gives 1 guinea of gold each to her cousin Grace Soper and her daughter Grace.
Gives to her daughter Grace the wife of Robert Coster all her tin bounds called Pendarves Bounds in North Downes in the parish of Redruth, to receive the profits thereof for the term of her natural life. If her daughter should die within the lifetime of her husband, then the said tin bounds shall pass to him for the term of his natural life. And after the death of Robert Coster, she wills the same to Reginald Bawden & Hugh Bawden, sons of Mr. Hugh Bawden of Gudderne, and their heirs. And in default of issue, she will the same to Hugh Rogers and Thomas Rogers, sons of Mr. John Rogers of Penryn and nephews of the said Reginald Bawden and Hugh Bawden.
Gives an annuity of a guinea of gold to the Minister of the borough of Truro to preach a sermon every Easter Eve.
Gives a guinea of gold yearly to the poor of the parish of Redruth.
Gives £50 to the parish church of Camborne to order to purchase a communion table cloth and pulpit cloth of crimson velvet.
Gives a guinea of gold to her cousin Jane Hoblyn, widow of John Hoblyn, Esq., to buy a ring.
Gives 40 shillings to her servant maid.
Gives £500 to charitable uses, as the heir of the family of Nanswidden, the rector of St. Columb Major, and the rector of Mawgan, think fit, giving each of them a half guinea for a pair of gloves.
All the rest of her goods and chattels she gives to her daughter Grace the wife of Robert Coster, appointing her sole executrix of her last will and testament.
