Gives £30 each to the children of his cousin Hugh Bowden, Gent., to be paid to them when they each reach the age of sixteen years.
Gives £100 to his aunt Ann Hicks, widow.
Gives £20 to his aunt Dorcas Courtney.
Gives £100 to his cousin William Arundell, Esq.
Gives £100 to his aunt Grace Pendarves, widow.
Gives £200 to his cousin Grace Pendarvis, daughter of his late uncle Thomas Pendarves.
Gives £5 7s. 6d. to his servant Henry Newton, along with his white nagg, saddle and bridle.
All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his cousin William Pendarves, son of his late uncle Thomas Pendarves, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
Nominates his aunt Grace Pendarves, widow, and John Cocke of Redruth, Gent. as overseers of his will and executors in trust during the minority of the said William Pendarves.
