In the Name of God Amen I Richard Bennats of the parish of Cambourn in the County of Cornwall being Sike and Weake of Boody but of sound and perfectt Memory Blessed be God for it I do Apoint this to be my last Will and Testament First I bequeafe my Soul unto God my Creator in home throo Christ my Redeemer I hope for pardon for my Sins and next my Boddey to a Chrsschall Burial a tt the Descerian of my Extr. hearafter menshoned. I Give to my wife Sidwill Six pounds a Year during her liuef I Give to my Daughter Phobe Twenty five pounds to be paid Twelf Months after my Desease or the House Doune by the Cross and the feeld ajoining att the Elecion of of (sic) my Extr. I Give more to my Wife my beest beed as it stands During her liuef I Give more to my Daughter Phobe Twelf Months Diect All the rest of my Goods and Chatels moveable and onmoveable I Give to my Son Christopher Bennats home I do Apoint to be my hole and Sole Extr.
