No baptism found, but early 16th-century Camborne parish registers have lots of gaps. Possibly "....de" son of "W..." bapt 3 Feb 1604/05. There are very few Bennetts in Camborne in the early mid 17th century. Burial records show William buried 7 Apr 1653, and his presumed widow Ann buried 18 Jun 1654. I assume these are the parents of Edward and the other adult Bennetts found in Camborne in the 1630s. 3
