Term: 99 years, on lives of (2) aged about 61, Thomas Glynn aged about 26, and Elizabeth Glynn aged about 23, son and daughter of Otho Glynn, brother of (2).
Rent: 10 shillings. One capon yearly or 12 pence. One harvest journey or 6 pence. Heriot or farleu of one best beast or 33 shillings 4 pence on deaths of the lives.
Covenants:
To do common suit to the court and mill of the manor.
To act as a conventionary tenant of the manor.

Writing his will in April 1730 John Glynn, rector of Crowan, bequeathed £50 to his brother Otho. This is problematic inasmuch as Otho died seven years earlier. There were only two individuals named Otho Glynn during this period, father and son, and the son was already of age in 1730. The leases referred to in 1726 (above) and 1734 (below) both imply that Otho Glynn (senior) was already deceased.

Consideration; £30 2 shillings 6d and one guinea, plus rent of 6s 8d per annum, one capon at Michaelmas or 1 shilling and one harvest journey or 4d.
