In 1696 Nicholas Kempe of Rosteague was named as a beneficiary in the will of his kinsman (uncle) Anthony Kempe of Helston, to receive his fee lands in Helston, along with a lease of land and tenements purchased of Mr. Arthur Spry.

  Marriage Information:

Nicholas married Mary Spry, daughter of Arthur Spry of Place and Mary Gayer, about 1673. (Mary Spry was born about 1645 in St. Anthony in Roseland, Cornwall and was buried on 1 Apr 1717 in Gerrans, Cornwall.)
