Abstract of the Will of John Roberts of the Parish of Constantine in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 19 Jun 1850, proved 20 Nov 1850. 3
Gives to his wife Catherine Roberts the interest of £320 during her widowhood for her maintenance and support. Also gives her his leasehold dwelling house and premises at Tolvan in the parish of Constantine for the term of her life, and after her decease he wills the same to his son James Roberts.
After the death of his wife he wills the remainder of the principal sum of £320 to be paid between his five children, viz. James Roberts, Robert Roberts, Thomas Roberts, Catherine Roberts and Johannah Tremayne the wife of William Tremayne, share and share alike.
All the rest of his estate and effects to his said sons and daughters in equal proportions, appointing his son James Roberts executor of his last will and testament.
