In 1871 Mary Richards, aged 61, born in Illogan, widow, mine labourer, was living in Albert St., Camborne, Cornwall. With her were daughter Mary A. (38), married, mine labourer, grandson Thomas (14), boy at mine (note: the Census taker shows daughter and grandson with the same surname as Mary, instead of Chenoweth.)
In 1881 Mary Vivian, aged 72, born in Illogan, pauper, widow, was with her daughter Mary Ann Rowe and husband William at 37 North Parade, Camborne, Cornwall.
