In 1881 Eliza Collins, aged 19, born in St. Ilogan Cornwall, safety fuse maker, was with her parents in St. Illogan.

On 15 Aug 1887 Joseph Vivian, aged 29, cabinet-maker, wife Eliza Vivian, aged 25, and infant son Wm John Vivian, arrived in Melbourne Australia from Plymouth England aboard the ship Oroya. 4

In 1901 Eliza Vivian, aged 39, born in Illogan Cornwall, and husband Joseph Vivian, aged 42, born in Camborne, cabinet maker, were living in Trevenson Street, Camborne. With them were children William J. (14) of Penzance, message boy telegraph, Albert (13) of Victoria Australia, Thomas L. (9) of Victoria..., and Mabel (7) of Victoria.

In 1911 Eliza Vivian, aged 49, born in Illogan, widow, mother of 5 children, 1 deceased, was at 69 Pendarves St., Tuckingmill, Camborne. With her were children (single) William John (24), rock drill fitter, Thomas Leslie (19), tin dresser, and Mabel (17), draper's assistant.

In August 1919 Eliza Vivian, aged 57, widow, born in England, and daughter Mabel Vivian, aged 25, born in Australia, arrived in Quebec City Quebec, Canada aboard the vessel Pretorian, heading to Hamilton to join her son. 5

Eliza married Joseph Vivian, son of William Vivian of Camborne and Sally Dudley, on 13 Sep 1884 in Illogan, Cornwall. (Joseph Vivian was born in 1858 in Camborne, Cornwall and died in Feb 1904 at the Miners' Hospital, Redruth, Cornwall, aged 45 years.)
