Higham, aged 28, born in Constantine Cornwall, schoolmaster, national, were living in edberth Village, Pembroke, Wales. With them were children Bessie V. (8) of Crowan Cornwall, scholar, Ellen (5) of Falmouth Cornwall, scholar, Robert C. (3) of Coleridge Devon, and Thomas H. (11 months) of Redberth Pembroke.
