With them were step-daughter Maud Beatrice Marshall (13y 7m) of Transvaal South Africa, daughter Lyla Blewett (7y 7m) of Pennsylvania USA, son John Jacob Blewett (4y 6m) of Scunthorpe Lincolnshire, and daughter Evelyn Blewett (1y 4m) of Scunthorpe.
In the 1939 Register Stephen Blewitt (b. 23 Jan 1884), steel works labourer, and wife Maud B. Blewitt (b. 29 Mar 1883), house duties, were living at 1 Lindum St., Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. At the same address were (children) Jacob J. Blewitt (b. 26 Sep 1916), metal turner steelworks, Evelyn Blewitt (b. 27 Jan 1920), shop assistant, and (two records officially closed).
