Will of William Shaw, late of Eastwood, N.S.W., Retired Clerk.

This is the last will and testament of me William Shaw of "Girvan" Number ten Rutledge Street Eastwood in the state of New South Wales, clerk. I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament. I appoint my son Allan Bruce Shaw (hereinafter called "my trustee") to be the sole executor and trustee of this my will. I bequeath unto my said son my silver watch numbered 1654 for himself absolutely and request him to hand on such watch after him within our family. I give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal unto my trustee Upon trust to pay thereout my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and all duties both State and Federal payable out of or chargeable against my estate and subject thereto to pay the income arising from my estate to my wife Sarah Shaw during her life and from and after her death to hold and stand possessed of my estate for him himself my said son Allan Bruce Shaw for his own use and benefit absolutely if he shall survive my said wife but if he shall predecease her then I declare that my estate and the investments representing it shall from and after her death be paid or transferred to my said son's wife Margery Selby Shaw absolutely so that she may use it in her discretion for the benefit of herself and the children of my said son. I declare that my trustee shall have full power to sell and convert my estate into money at any time in his absolute discretion with full power to postpone such sale and conversion for so long as he may see fit without being responsble for any loss that may occur by reason thereof in all respects as he shall see fit and I declare that any moneys to be invested under this my will may be invested in the name of my trustee in or upon any of the public stocks funds Treasury bills or government securities of the Commonwealth of Australia or of any of the States thereof or upon debentures of any municipal council or any incorporated or registered company or companies paying dividends or in or upon mortgage of any real estate or in or upon the purchase of bank shares of any banking corporation carrying on business in the said Commonwealth or at fixed deposit at any such banks including savings banks or in the purchase of shares in any limited liability company (other than mining companies) or in all or such modes of investment as well as in investments authorised by law for trust funds with power from time to time in the discretion of my trustee to vary or transpose all or any of such investments into or for others or another of the nature before described. In witness whereof I have to this and the preceding page of writing set my hand this nineteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty two. WILLIAM SHAW.

25th January 1949. Probate of the last will of the abovenamed deceased was granted to Allan Bruce Shaw the Executor named therein.
