In 1861 Martha Tippet, aged 63, born in Helston Cornwall, and husband William Tippet, aged 63, born in Camborne, postmaster, were living at Post Office, Camborne. With them was daughter Julia (35) of Camborne.

In August 1864 Martha Tippet, widow, was sole executrix of her husband's will.

In 1871 Martha Tippet, aged 71, born in Helston, widow, was in Chapel St., Camborne. With her was daughter Emily J. Tippet (36) of Camborne, post mistress.

In 1881 Martha Tippet, aged 81, born in Helston, widow, was at 20 Chapel St., Camborne. With her was daughter Emily J. Tippet (46) of Camborne, unmarried, postmistress.

The Will of Martha Tippet late of Camborne in the county of Cornwall, widow, who died 30 March 1886 at Camborne, was proved 31 May at the Principal Registry by Charles Tippet of 18 Packington-street Islington in the county of Middlesex, Corrector of Press, the son, the sole executor. Personal estate £448 17s. 2d. ²
