EARLY AND REGRETTED DEATH.—Died, on the 10th of June, 1887, at the Bedford county school, Bedford, where he was the art-master, and where his brilliant talents and industry had shown him to be a young man of great promise, CHARLES WILKINS THOMAS, aged 24. He was a grandson of the late well-known Joseph Vivian, of Reskadinnick, Camborne.
