In July 1857 Celia Tippet was present at the marriage of her brother Richard Vivian Tippett to Catharine Duffett in St. Simon's, Bristol.
In 1871 Celia Tippet, aged 43, born in Fishponds Gloucestershire, unmarried, was with her widowed mother in Oldbury Court Road, Stapleton, Gloucestershire.
In 1881 Celia Harding, aged 53, born in Fishponds, and husband Charles Harding, aged 59, born in Uffculem Devon, retired accountant, were living in Oldbury Court Road, Stapleton. Present were Charles's children (born in Fishponds) Charles Cater (19), articled law clerk, Fanny Cater (18), Albert William George Cater (16). (Celia's brother William Vivian Tippet and his family were nextdoor.)
