In 1841 Elizabeth Moyle, aged about 50, born in the county, and husband Richd. Moyle, aged about 56, born in the county, surgeon, were in Market Jew Street, Madron Penzance, Cornwall. With them were children: John G. (25), surgeon, Mary A. (20), Thomas (15), William (14), Edward (13), Charles (10), and Vivian (7).
In 1851 Elizabeth Moyle, aged 60, born in St. Erth Cornwall, and husband Richard Moyle, aged 67, born in Marazion Cornwall, General Practitioner M.R.C.S., were in Market Jew Street Terrace, Madron Penzance. With them were daughter Mary A. Moyle (29) of Penzance, son Edwd. E. Moyle (23) of Penzance, Clerk H.M. Customs, nephew Granville Borlase Moyle (16) of East Indies, medical apprentice.

Letters of Administration of the personal estate and effects of Elizabeth Moyle late of Penzance in the county of Cornwall, widow, deceased, who died 4 January 1861 at Penzance aforesaid, were granted 26 January at the Principal Registry to Rev. Vyvyan Henry Moyle of Middlesborough in the county of York, clerk, one of the children of the said deceased, he having been first sworn. 2
