Abstract of the Will of Robert Carthew Reynolds of Penair in the Parish of Truro and County of Cornwall, Esquire, written 2 May 1804, proved 4 Sep 1813. 4
Gives to his son Barrington Reynolds and his heirs forever his estate, lands and tenements in the parish of Wendron in co. Cornwall called Great Trevilgis. Also gives him £2,500 capital stock in the three per cents public funds.
Gives to his daughter Julia Reynolds £4,000 capital stock in the three per cents public funds.
Gives to his daughter Elizabeth Reynolds £4,000 capital stock in the three per cents public funds.
All the rest of his lands, tenements and estates he gives to his son Robert Carthew Reynolds and his heirs, appointing him sole executor of his will.
