In 1803 Henry Prideaux was co-executor and a beneficiary of his father's will, receiving his sixteenth part of the Brig Maria.
In 1805 Henry Prideaux was a witness at the marriage of his niece Ann Simons to Humphry Tremelling.
In 1808 Henry Prideaux was a witness at the marriage of his sister Mary to William Michell.
In 1811 Henry Prideaux was a witness at the marriage of his brother John to Anne Veale Banfield.
In 1826 Henry Prideaux and his brother John were appointed executors of the will of their sister Prudence Prideaux. Both brothers later renounced, their sister Mary Michell granted Administration.
