In 1891 Vivian Shenston Harris, aged 26, born in Wrexham Wales, bedstead fitter, and wife Mary Ann Harris, aged 25, born in Birmingham, were living at 30 Lower Hurst St., Birmingham, Warwickshire. With them was daughter Emma Lillian (1) of Birmingham.
In 1901 Vivian S. Harris, aged 36, born in Bangor Carnarvonshire, brass fitter, and wife Mary A. Harris, aged 35, born in Birmingham, were living at 205 Conybere St., Aston, Warwickshire. With them were daughters (born in Birmingham) Emma L. (11), Louisa M. (9), and mother-in-law Emma Bush (67) of Birmingham, widow.
In 1911 Vivian Shenstone Harris, aged 46, born in Wrexham Denbighshire, engineer's store keeper, and wife of 21 years Mary Ann Harris, aged 45, born in Birmingham (mother of 2 children), were living at 34 Claremont Road Sparkbrook Birmingham. With them were daughters Emma Lilian (21), invoice clerk, and Louisa May (19), telephone operator.
In 1921 Vivian Shenstone Harris, aged 56 years 4 months, born in Wrexham, Royal Engineer's messenger - out of work, and wife Mary Ann Harris, aged 55 years 5 months, born in Birmingham, home duties, were living at 34 Claremont Rd, Birmingham. With them were adopted daughter Leah Harris (17y 1m) of Birmingham, and two boarders.
In the 1939 Register Vivian S Harris (b. 20 Feb 1865), widower, retired brass bedstead maker, was living in Sutton Coldfield, Warwickshire.
