The Will (as contained in writings marked A and B) of John West late of Hayle Foundry in the parish of St. Erth in the county of Cornwall, deceased, who died 16 January 1868 at Hayle Foundry aforesaid, was proved 24 August 1868 at the Principal Registry by the oaths of Nicholas James West of Hayle Foundry aforesaid, engineer, and Henry Haarlem West of Hayle Foundry aforesaid, engineer, the sons, two of the executors.
