In 1749 Henry Cock was granted Administration of the will of his father-in-law Henry Eva of Camborne, during the minority of the executor, Henry's son, Anthony Cock.

Henry Cock of Gwithian died without making a will. Bond upon the Administration of his goods &c. was granted to his widow, Elizabeth Cock, on 14 May 1767. Bondsmen: Anthony Cock of Gwithian, miller, and Richard Hockin of the same place, yeoman. 2
