In 1841, Honor Tremellen, aged about 30, farm servant, was living with Edward Lanyon, surgeon, and family in Town, Camborne.
"Honor was convicted on Dec. 30, 1846 in Penzance, Cornwall. Her crime was larceny by a servant. She was sentenced to seven years.
In 1848, Honor traveled aboard the Tory with 169 other female convicts. The ship departed from London, England on Apr. 30 and arrived in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia on Aug. 6." 4
