Note: FindAGrave incorrectly calls Thomas's mother Elizabeth (White) Trevillian. Thomas' father first married Hephzibah White Duckham, and secondly Elizabeth Trevillian (daughter of George Trevillian). This is probably because Thomas and Hephzibah also had a son Thomas (born 1852) who died aged about 12.
