Francis Trevillian and his brother John Trevillian were granted Administration of the goods of their late father John Trevillian of Gwithian on 27 Oct 1831.

In 1841 Francis Trevillian, aged about 50, born in the county, copper miner, and wife Cordelia, aged about 50, born in the county, were in Camborne Hills, Camborne Cornwall. With them were children John (25), miner, William (20), miner, Joseph (20), miner, James (15), miner, Samuel (15), miner, Thomas (12), miner's boy, [and grandchildren] Mary (10) and Joseph (9).
