"Mr. Vyvyan Christopher Bennett, of 7 Eastern Avenue, Wollongong, died at the Wollongong District Hospital last Saturday at the age of 69 years. The late Mr. Bennett, who was well known in the district, was formerly superintendent of the tube mills at Metal Manufactures Ltd., Port Kembla. His death followed a heart attack."


"Will of Vyvyan Christopher Bennett, late of Wollongong, Retired Metallurgist.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me VYVYAN CHRISTOPHER BENNETT of Wollongong in the State of New South Wales, Retired Metallurgist. 1. I HEREBY REVOKE all former wills and testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made by me. 2. I APPOINT my wife NATALIE MARGARET BENNETT and my son CHRISTOPHER FREDERICK BENNETT of Port Kembla in the State aforesaid, Metallurgist (hereinafter called my Trustees) Executors and Trustees of this my will. 3. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH all my furniture and other articles of household or domestic or personal use or ornament to my said wife. 4. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the rest and residue of my real and personal estate to my children in equal shares share and share alike. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand to this my will this fourteenth day of September one thousand nine hundred and forty five. V. C. BENNETT.
