A quiet wedding was solemnised at the Parish Church on Saturday, the contracting parties being Miss Emily Paynter of Penrose, St. Ervan, and Mr. William Rundle of Pentire Farm, St. Eval. The bride was attended by her niece (Miss F. Paynter) and was given away by her brother (Mr. A. Paynter). Both are well known in the district. The Rector (Rev. W. R. Johnson) officiated.
