The Will of Thomas Paynter late of the parish of St. Ervan in the county of Cornwall, farmer, deceased, who died 16 December 1863 at St. Ervan aforesaid, was proved 20 May 1864 at Bodmin by the oath of Kitty Paynter of St. Ervan aforesaid, widow, the relict, the sole executrix. 2
