In 1881 William P Cayzer, aged 19, born in Mawgan in Pydar Cornwall, was with his parents in Porth, Mawgan in Pyder.

In 1891 William P Cayzer, aged 29, born in Mawgan, farmer, and wife Esther J Cayzer, aged 34, born in Lanivet Cornwall, were living in Church Town, St. Mawgan. With them were children (born in Mawgan) Ethel C. (3) and William J. (1).

In 1901 Wm Paynter Cayzer, aged 39, born in Mawgan, widower, farmer, was living in Denzell, Mawgan in Pydar. With him were children (born in Mawgan) Ethel Catherine (13), Wm James (11), Michael Henry (9), Hilda Jane (7), William's sister Fanny Maria Cayzer (35) of Mawgan.

In 1911 William Paynter Cayzer, aged 49, born in St. Mawgan, farmer, and wife of 9 years Mary Ann Cayzer, aged 33, born in Grampound Cornwall (mother of 3 children) were living in Blakesware Farm, Wareside, Hertfordshire.
