In the name of God amen

I Henry Vivian of the parish of Camborne being sicke of Body but perfect of Memory doe make & ordayne this my last Will and testament the 22th day of October in the yeare of our Lord God 1660 where of I doe make Jacket Vivian my wife my full and whole executor to pay doe & performe all such legacies & dues as are by me given & bequeathed

First I bequeath my Soule unto Allmightie God whoo is the protector of us all & my body to the Earth to be buryed

Item I give & bequeath unto my daughter Jane Vivian the full Sume of eight pound to be paid a twelve month after her fathers decease

Item I give & bequeath unto my Son John Vivian the full Sume of seaven pound

Item I give & bequeath unto my Sister Joane Vivian the Sume of two Shillings & Six pence
