In 1901 Emily Rowe, abed 28, born in Tucking Mill Cornwall, was working as a housemaid for the family of Richard J. & Sarah Cardell in Turrett House, Bodmin, Cornwall.

In October 1907 Emily Rowe was present at the marriage of her sister Alice to Albert Carter in Kensal Green, London.
