In 1881 Ellen Thomas, aged 21, born in Camborne Cornwall, and husband Gilbert Thomas, aged 29, born in Camborne, tin miner, were living at Sparnon Gate, Redruth. Present was daughter Ellen Jane (2w) of Treleigh.
In 1891 Gilbert was abroad. Wife Ellen, aged 30, born in Illogan, was living in Brea, Camborne. With her were children: Ellen J. (10), scholar, and Gilbert (8), scholar, both of Redruth, and James H. (6), scholar, William V. (4) and Arthur (2), all born in Camborne.
In 1901 Ellen Thomas, aged 39, born in Camborne, married, was living in Brea, Camborne. With her were children (single) Ellen Jane (20) of Redruth, Gilbert (18) of Redruth, tin miner, James Henry (16) of Camborne, tin mine blacksmith, William V (14) of Camborne, and Arthur (12) of Camborne.
