In 1921 Albertus George Richards, aged 41 years 1 month, born in Camborne, tin mining (own account), and wife Annie Richards, aged 41 years 2 months, born in Ponsanooth Cornwall, home duties, were living in Rose Cottage Chilsworthy, near Gunnislake, Cornwall. With them was son George Arthur Sholl Richards (13y 3m) of Camborne.

In the 1939 Register Albertus G Richards (b. 12 May 1880), mining retired, and wife Annie Richards (b. 2 Feb 1880), unpaid domestic duties, were living in St Austell, Cornwall.
