In 1851 Mary A. Sholl, aged 12, born in Kenwyn Cornwall, was at home with her parents in Centenary St., Camborne.

Thomas wasn't present with his family at the time of the 1861 Census. Mary Richards, aged 23, born in Chacewater Cornwall and her newborn son Thomas were staying with her parents.

Thomas wasn't present with his family at the time of the 1881 Census. Mary A. Richards, aged 42, born in Chacewater, married, was living at 26 Moor St., Camborne. Present were children (all born in Camborne) Thomas J. (20), chemist's assistant, John H. S. (16), medical student, Arthur A. (14), pupil teacher, Elijah S. (12), scholar, Emily (10), scholar, Albertus G. (10 months).

In 1901 Mary A. Richards, aged 63, born in Chacewater, and husband Thomas Richards, aged 72, born in Camborne, mine carpenter, were living in Moor St., Camborne.

In 1911 Mary Ann Richards, aged 72, born in Chacewater, widow, private means, was at 26 Moor St., Camborne.

CAMBORNE LADY'S DEATH.

MRS. RICHARDS OF MOOR-STREET.

It is with sincere regret we announce the death of Mrs. Mary Ann Richards, aged 86, which occurred at Moor-street, Camborne, last week. The deceased lady was the widow of Mr. Thomas Richards, for many years at Seton Mine and afterwards at King Edward Mine. Mrs. Richards was the daughter of the late Mr. Abraham Sholl, and sister of the Rev. Elijah Sholl, of Gridlington, Yorkshire, and the late Rev. John Hy. Sholl, one of Camborne's most famous preachers. The deceased had been connected with Camborne Wesley Chapel all her life. Her family include: Mrs. J. H. Richards, of Johannesburg (secretary of the Cornish Lodge of Freemasons), Mr. Arthur Richards, the well-known Wesleyan missioner, the Rev. E. Sholl Richards, formerly of Exeter, and now of Camborne, Mr. A. G. Richards, of Polgooth, St. Austell, of Mrs. Geo. Eustice, of Falmouth. 3

Mary married Thomas Richards, son of Thomas Clark Richards and Emma Waters, on 24 Mar 1859 in Camborne, Cornwall. (Thomas Richards was born in 1828 in Town, Camborne, Cornwall, christened 9 Aug 1828 in Camborne, Cornwall 4 and died in 1906 in Camborne, Cornwall.)
