Gives to his wife Cheston an annuity of £4.

Gives to his son Isaac for term of his life his tenement in Pennance Vean.

Gives £20 to his daughter Annes, to be paid to her over four years.

Gives £20 to his daughter Grace, to be paid to her over five years.

Gives £20 to his daughter Jane, to be paid to her over six years.

Gives £20 to his son John.

All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his son Thomas, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
