  Research Notes:

Writing her Will in Mar 1727 Mary Sinnock wife of William Sinnock bequeathed to her eldest son Richard Sinnock all her freehold estate.

In 1730 Richard Sinnock was co-executor and a residuary legatee of his father's Will, receiving an additional £100 in lieu of an estate in Bexhill he would have inherited except that his parents sold it.
