In 1690 William Sinnock and his brother Nicholas were bequeathed 20 shillings each from the Will of their late father, they as his eldest sons having already received their portions.

In Nov 1719 William Sinnock was nominated as one of the overseers of the Will of his brother Richard Sinnock of Bexhill, blacksmith.

Abstract of the Will of William Sinnock of the Castle Parish near Hastings in the County of Sussex, Yeoman, written 9 Feb 1730, proved 24 Feb 1730. 4

Whereas on the sale of an estate in Bexhill to Nicholas Maynard by himself and his late wife, it was her wish that their eldest son Richard Sinnock should receive in lieu of said estate £100.

All the rest & residue of his money, debts, securities, stock, cattle, corn, hay, household goods & implements, along with all other of his personal estate, he gives and bequeaths to his four children Richard, Nicholas, William and Catharine Sinnock, share and share alike.

Nominates and appoints his two sons Richard and Nicholas Sinnock to be co-executors of his lasty will and testament.
