Will that his body be buried in the Hailsham parish churchyard.

Gives to his daughter Agnis £3 6s. 8d.

Gives to his daughter Mercy £3 6s. 8d.

Gives to his youngest daughter Elizabeth £3 6s. 8d.

The rest of his goods &c he gives & bequeaths to his wife Agnis whom he makes the sole executrix.

Appoints his brothers-in-law Thomas Pooke and Thomas Akehurst as overseers of his will and to whom to pays 3 shillings 4 pence each for their efforts.
