Abstract of the Will of John Butson of the Parish of St. Agnes in the County of Cornwall, Miner, written 13 Jul 1826, proved 26 Jul 1828. ²

Gives and bequeaths his little tenement where he now lives to his son John Butson.

Directs that his wife be paid two shillings and sixpence per week for the term of her natural life.

Gives to his daughters Mary and Elizabeth Butson his little tenement he purchased from Thomas Parnell and now occupied by Joseph Cock.

Nominates his brothers Sampson Butson and Thomas Butson guardians of his children during their respective minorities.

Gives and bequeaths to his wife Elizabeth the little tenement where he now lives, until their son John reaches the age of 21 years.

Appoints his wife Elizabeth sole executrix of his last will and testament.
