Gives to his daughters Mary and Elizabeth Butson his little tenement he purchased from Thomas Parnell and now occupied by Joseph Cock.
Nominates his brothers Sampson Butson and Thomas Butson guardians of his children during their respective minorities.
Gives and bequeaths to his wife Elizabeth the little tenement where he now lives, until their son John reaches the age of 21 years.
Appoints his wife Elizabeth sole executrix of his last will and testament.
