Gives and bequeaths to his wife Ann all his goods and chattels, monies and household furniture, to enjoy during her widowhood. Following the remarriage or death of his wife, he wills the same to Thomas Davey son of Mary Davey, who has lived with him since he was a child.
Ordains his wife Ann sole executrix of his last will and testament.
